LEADERSHIP

This course is based on the concept of setting 40 days aside in order to develop in leadership. It is primarily designed for leaders with several years of experience in leadership (base, ministry, national, area leadership team members), in order for them to evaluate how they have led and make the changes necessary to develop in their calling, gifting and passion. The course seeks to impart the understanding and application of seven leadership values: spiritual, strategic, servant, self, shared, structural and sensorial leadership.
