In this third and most advanced seminar in the series, students are challenged to lead at a deeper level—technically, spiritually, and missionally. Building on the skills and experiences from seminars one and two, participants will have opportunities to take ownership of planning, leading, and discipling others in a variety of climbing environments. The emphasis remains on developing resilient, Christlike leaders who are both courageous and compassionate, capable of evaluating experiences and translating lessons from the mountains into influence across every sphere God opens.
