It is important that all teams involved in Bible translation recognize the various fundamental principles applied to translation, which serve as guidelines to ensure that the Scriptures are translated faithfully, clearly, and accessibly for all cultures and languages. At YWAM, we use the metaphor of the body as described in Deuteronomy 6:5: "You shall love the Lord your God with all your being: all your heart, all your mind, and all your strength." Therefore, this seminar will holistically explore the translation principles established by FOBAI, presented through the body parts diagram developed by Márcia Suzuki.
