Training in how to interface directly with various international crisis such as the refugee crisis, human trafficking and natural disasters, and to more effectively serve in conflict regions. Basic education in counselling and debriefing for the purpose of discipling, dealing with challenging team dynamics, debriefing where there are extreme stressors and trauma, and walking alongside individuals and teams as they process life circumstances.
