This seminar is meant to introduce the participants to the rhythms of spiritual disciplines and a life of spiritual formation. Spiritual formation is not merely practices that make us better people or a guide to sin less. On the contrary, spiritual formation is intentionally positioning ourselves before the Triune God to be shaped in the likeness of Christ.
