This course equips participants to take a lead role in facilitating adult learning in a variety of formal, non-formal and informal contexts. Adult learning here refers to all post-secondary learning whether formal or informal. It was initially developed to prepare course leaders to be effective in their roles within a U of N course. But it is equally applicable in other contexts such as training small groups in a community, facilitating adult learning one on one, online learning, etc
