This Chronological Bible Core Course gives students a good understanding of the inductive approach to Bible study, thus learning how to: study the historical background of each book, understand the original meaning of the text, think critically, and be equipped with knowledge and tools that will be useful for life. The students read through the entire Bible and study every literary genre within the Bible, including books from both the Old and New Testaments. OT and NT timelines are completed, thus giving a greater overview of the overarching storyline. Students are given opportunities to gain experience in facilitating a Bible study and enhance their skills in teaching and preaching the Word. They are also taught how to apply biblical truths in their lives leading to measurable impact.
