The Whole Person Care and Development Foundation Course will look at God’s Trinitarian nature and facilitate insights into the Imago Dei. Through key units on creation, fall, and redemption, the course will delve into the biblical and scientific perspectives of the human being (the view of man), his/her created relational design, identity, and subsequent fall-out and restoration. Participants will gain applied knowledge of the Imago Dei, the effects of the Fall, brokenness and trauma, God’s redemptive plan from Dary 1, and holistic growth, integration and maturity. It equips learners to understand and facilitate the care and development for the whole person—spirit, soul, and body in steadfast, loving relationships—within the context of faith and relational community.
