The third quarter of the Chronological School of Biblical Studies (CSBS) focuses on New Testament history, beginning with Luke and Acts, and follows the fulfillment of the promises and Messianic hope established throughout the Old Testament in the person of Jesus Christ. Students explore the life and ministry of Jesus, the explosion of the Gospel through the early church, and the spread of Christianity throughout the Roman world. As students continue developing their Inductive Bible Study (IBS) skills, they journey through the epistles and examine the growth, challenges, theology, and mission of the early Church. Special emphasis is placed on understanding how the story of redemption unfolds throughout the New Testament and how the Gospel transforms individuals, communities, and nations.
The quarter concludes with the study of Revelation, bringing students full circle through the biblical narrative—from creation and covenant to redemption and the final restoration of all things
