AniMissions I is a 12-week school that is the first part of a 24-week training/production program to train students to use art digital animation techniques in the context of frontier missions. AniMissions I will introduce students to frontier missions, media strategy, animation design, storyboarding, 3D modeling in the Blender environment, and building and rigging characters. AniMissions I is a prerequisite for AniMissions II.
AniMissions II is a 12-week school that is the second part of a 24-week training/production program to train students to use art digital animation techniques in the context of frontier missions. AniMissions II focuses mainly on 3D character production and animation in the Blender environment, as well as sound design and film editing. AniMissions I is a prerequisite for AniMissions II.
This course trains students to use cartoons and animation to communicate the message of hope among the world's least reached people groups. They will learn how to develop comic strips, anime style art, and Adobe Flash animation, as well as basic concepts of communication through art and media. A strong emphasis will be placed on creating cross-cultural comics and animated media for places and people groups with minimal Christian presence.
