It is a School focused on missionary communities, leaders and young people from churches and professionals, with a call in gastronomy to develop their call in the mission field. We pretend to analyze the Bible's principles of economy, gastronomy and creation in general and how this can apply in our communities and kitchen to provide healthy, sustainable and good food to people in order to bring glory to the Lord. We also have a heart to improve and study in a profound way the Culinary art believing that the excellence in the gastronomy sphere will open a path for transformation and the good news that we have to share. So the School is about to knowing what God has for us, His promises and to hear His voice for all the personal projects each student may have and to step forward with a bible worldview, a clear guidance from His word and a professional level of cook in order to promote the mandate that we all have to fulfill the Great Commission.
