COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & JUSTICE CENTRE

The workshop has been designed by Ali & Dave Swann in order to multiply effective short term community development (CD) training in the Global South for the next wave. The workshop is designed to be a fun, creative, self-discovery process of learning how to provide relevant field based CD training. The workshop comprises of two elements: Part I: A training of trainers element that teaches relevant principles, creates opportunities for teaching practice followed by an evaluation of the teaching given. Part II: The participants are given the opportunity to design & run their own CD training course (called learning lab) for a local group.
