COLLEGE OF COUNSELING

This course provides tools for leadership development from a counseling perspective and background. The program explains the transformational ministry model. This model has the exchange of the cross as its core element. Every week focuses on a different aspect of this ministry model. The student receives an understanding of how to take a leader from the problems of the past into his future potential. The course prepares leaders for a transformation in their teams and sphere of society by taking them through a process of inward transformation first. The focus of the course is on the person of our Lord Jesus Christ as wonderful counselor who lives in and through us. The course aims to teach how to minister from the source of Christ within us.
