This 12-week course is designed to practically develop and disciple new leaders in their character, skillsets, and vision to prepare them for staffing in the various areas of ministry at YWAM Furnace NZ and beyond. During this course, students will be taught the history, values, and vision of YWAM globally and locally. They will discover personal strengths and skills and will be given opportunities to practice servant leadership in various ways. They will develop foundational skillsets for leadership, such as stewardship of time and finances, communication, teamwork, personal vision, and project planning. They will be trained to lead others in evangelism, intercession, discipleship, and practical service in our community and in the nations.
