The Advanced Leadership Development (ALD) course (accredited as the Diploma in Christian Missions Leadership) is an extended practical mentoring experience for potential young leaders, including work in many departments in a YWAM centre, one-on-one sessions with leaders, classroom lectures, small group leadership and organisational training. This course is intended to provide participants with a range of knowledge, and skills to perform a variety of functions associated with a broad range of leadership roles in Christian Missions with a particular focus on the spiritual aspects of that role.
