This course embraces both the message and the methods of evangelism while also focusing on training students to go long-term into missions. Its primary purpose is to help the student gain a deeper understanding of the character of God, including His love for the lost. Topics include Evangelism, Support Raising, Apologetics, Pioneer Missions, Missions in the Local Church, Biblical Foundations for Missions, Community Development, Team Dynamics, personal renewal, and Spiritual Warfare/Deliverance.
The word of the Lord to us is Mark 16:15 and Acts 1:8, to Go into all the world and preach the Gospel. We want to
equip people to be effective witnesses for Christ in western and eastern contexts. The Evangelism Training
School works in tandem with YWAM’s strong commitment to discipleship. Our purpose is to place practical evangelism tools in students' hands.
