The Basic Leadership Seminars (BLS) are an expression of our commitment to those serving long term with us. They run alongside two consecutive DTS, providing ongoing training to those who want to develop and improve their leadership skills, whilst actively discipling others. Participants learn through lectures, assignments, and peer/mentor evaluation, but the main emphasis is on practicing leadership, not just learning theory. Spiritual, social and personal leadership development is fostered within a nurturing environment. Participants are encouraged to take responsibility for their own development and to plan and prepare for their futures, in response to Gods leading. |
