This seminar helps people involved in multicultural teams or in cross-cultural ministry to recognize the cultural priorities they bring to group activities, and to understand the priorities of teammates and local partners in ministry. Participants gain understanding of how cultural values, and how these values and beliefs affect how people respond to events, organize their thoughts, make decisions, interpret the world and deal with life issues.
