This course follows , whether taken as the SPLD orthe SALT emphasis. The Field Assignment may involve workingalongside a new ministry or starting one together with a team, and will give opportunity for practical application in activities ranging from teaching, proclamation of the Word, working with youth in urban settings to staffing another YWAM/U of N training program. A key goal of the field assignment is to give leaders-in-training opportunity to grow through practicing and applying what was learned in the lecture phase, with experienced leaders coming alongside.
