This workshop is designed for people already involved in cross-cultural training. The goal is that through this workshop they will further increase their effectiveness through appropriate intercultural understanding and skills. In addition to using resource people with specific intercultural training experience, the expertise of the participants themselves, from multi-cultural backgrounds and experiences, will be used so that all will learn from one another following the theme: "skills to listen, hearts to hear."
