As a type of missions mobilization and recruiting tour, "Pour Yourself Out Tours" was created to teach staff and students to minister in local churches and schools, to recruit, and to link the church to YWAM projects and ministries. Participants are encouraged to preach, teach, lead worship, sing and minister through songs, multimedia presentations. and testimonies from their YWAM and other ministry experiences. This also is a chance for designers, photographers, videographers and musicians to use their skills in producing presentations and to gain experience in other areas such as public speaking.
